When buyer and seller meet

Because even in hand delivery security is a priority, Obvy allows you to sell and buy goods or services with the buyers and sellers around you.

Once the funds are secured, the buyer and seller are invited to meet to finalise the transaction.

Two finalization modes are available:

  1. The buyer presents his Obvy QR CODE to the seller
  2. Seller scans buyer's QR CODE from Obvy
  3. The seller is paid immediately

  1. The buyer shares his secure encrypted code with the seller
  2. Seller enters buyer's code on Obvy
  3. The seller is paid immediately
And if for some reason someone changes their mind, it is possible to change the amount or cancel the transaction at no cost.

Good deals aren't always around the corner, so Obvy helps you secure your delivery transactions.

Transaction in delivery with Obvy partners

We integrate trusted transport partners with Obvy to ensure optimal traceability and a secure experience.

  1. Seller and buyer complete delivery information
  2. The seller prints his delivery label and sends his package
  3. The buyer receives his order and has 72 hours to validate it
    • If the buyer validates the transaction, the seller is paid.
    • If he does not validate the transaction within 72 hours, the seller is automatically paid.

Transaction in personalised delivery

For bulky items or special needs, you can also choose your own carrier for your transaction.

  1. The seller takes care of the delivery formalities with the chosen carrier, taking care to insure the package
  2. The seller provides Obvy with the shipping information (name of the carrier, tracking number)
  3. The buyer receives the order and validates the transaction on Obvy
Personalised delivery allows delivery to be made according to the terms chosen by the seller and the buyer.
Customised delivery 

Video evidence for even more confidence

We offer video proof functionality for delivery transactions. Simple and quick to take, they help build trust during the transaction:

  1. The seller films the object and its packaging
  2. The buyer films the unpacking of the package he has received

For professional sellers, we offer Click & Collect payment.

  1. The professional creates a Click & Collect payment link
  2. He shares it with his customer who pre-pays online
  3. Payment is finalised from Obvy when the order is collected in shop
