Obvy and its services for individual users
The costs, at the seller's expense, are only deducted if the transaction is concluded. Our service is free of charge for the buyer, only the delivery costs are charged to the buyer if the transaction is done at a distance.
Security costs
The security costs are borne by the seller and vary according to the amount of the transaction and the buyer's payment method. In the case of a payment in several instalments, the buyer will have to pay a handling fee.

Delivery charges
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer when using Obvy's partner carriers (Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Colissimo).

Delivery insurance
Insurance costs are deducted from the sale price received by the seller at the time of finalisation of the transaction.

From 1€ onwards, the buyer enters his credit card information directly when making a purchase proposal.
The money is secured as soon as the seller accepts the proposal and is only returned to the seller when the item is in the buyer's possession or the service has been performed.

Bank transfer
From €1,200 to €200,000, the buyer sends their proposal and is invited to transfer money from their bank account to their obvy account as soon as the seller accepts the proposal.
The money is secured as soon as the transfer has arrived in the obvy account and is only released to the seller when the item is in the buyer's possession or the service has been completed.

Credit card in several instalments
From 50€ to 6000€ in 3 instalments, from 50€ to 6000€ in 4 instalments and from 300€ to 3000€ in 10 instalments, the buyer makes his financing request when he makes his purchase proposal.
If the financing request is accepted, the money is secured as soon as the seller accepts the proposal and is paid back to the seller in full only when the object is in the buyer's possession or the service has been performed. The buyer's credit card will then be debited according to the proposed repayment schedule.
